Which domain is better for freshers in the industry and why?

Every time you meet freshers in the industry, you will get following questions. 

Is this a right path, sir?

Where i will be in next 5 year?

I do not like work like this, what i should do?

Where i can go from here?

Is this the right thing to do?

Can i switch to other domain?

How i will become expert in this domain?

and a lot more...

 

It seems that everybody is exploring their best. That is good but we should be more curious before joining the industry. So that we can choose the right path or will get the right path.

  

I welcome all of you to please suggest guideline for the people ready to go in the industry. It will help them most.
